Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through willbert.tech, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It covers this website only. Data processed through a charger, the HAWKe platform, or a signed commercial agreement is governed by the terms of that service.

1. Who we are

The data controller is EUROLOOP Sp. z o.o., ul. Krakowska 390, 32-080 Zabierzów, Poland. WILLBERT is the brand under which we sell EV charging hardware and software.

For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page we collect your name, email address, phone number and message, plus your company name and enquiry topic if you provide them. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address and which page you subscribed from, and use them to send you updates about our products and industry. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.

Analytics. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4, which collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. We use it to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded at all.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) needed to serve the site securely and diagnose faults. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

The interactive tools on this site — the charger configurator, hub designer and efficiency calculator — run in your browser. What you enter into them is not transmitted to or stored by us unless you then send it to us through the contact form.

3. Cookies

We set one essential cookie, willbert_consent, which records your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every page. It lasts 182 days and is not used for tracking. Because it is strictly necessary to honour your choice, it does not require consent.

Optional cookies are grouped into analytics, marketing and personalization. None of them are set unless you allow the corresponding category. Today only the analytics category is actually in use, by Google Analytics. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via in the footer of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions:

  • Notion Labs, Inc. — stores contact-form submissions and newsletter subscribers in our internal workspace.
  • Slack Technologies — receives a notification when a new enquiry arrives, so our sales team sees it promptly.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — provides Google Analytics, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
  • DigitalOcean LLC — hosts this website and its server logs.
  • Sanity.io — hosts the editorial content shown on our blog. It does not receive data about you.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard permitted under Chapter V GDPR. We may also disclose data to professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the period in which a related claim could still be brought. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected, and incomplete data completed;
  • have your data erased, where one of the grounds in Art. 17 applies;
  • restrict processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in your country of residence.

7. Providing data is voluntary

You are not obliged to give us any personal data. Without the details marked as required on the contact form, however, we cannot respond to your enquiry, and without an email address we cannot send you the newsletter. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting processing based on your consent will be brought to your attention on the site.
