Power2Drive Europe 2024: A Global Showcase of E-Mobility Innovation

The event held from June 19 to 21 in Munich, Germany, served as a major platform for innovations in e-mobility and EV charging infrastructure. The event brought together key players from the energy and mobility sectors, showcasing the latest advancements in charging solutions and sustainable mobility technologies. As part of The smarter E Europe exhibition, it focused heavily on the integration of electric vehicles with renewable energy and smart infrastructure, offering a comprehensive look at the future of sustainable transportation.

Highlights included multiple advanced solutions like bidirectional charging technologies (vehicle-to-grid) and the combination of solar power with e-mobility. The event attracted a wide range of professionals, from manufacturers and charge point operators to fleet managers and e-mobility service providers, emphasizing the fast-growing global interest in building a sustainable mobility ecosystem.

Booth Experience

At Power2Drive 2024, WILLBERT by EUROLOOP created a space that went beyond a typical display, simulating a full EV charging hub with Amber II chargers, direct payment features, and live pricing information. The layout showcased seamless, provided by HAWKe, hardware-software integration, allowing visitors to experience the full range of functionalities available to both EV drivers and CPOs.

Innovative Solutions in Focus

The S-HUB charging system, a next-gen solution for modern EVs, took center stage. The HAWKe backend system was introduced with its’ new feature called BuyBERT, an innovative module that lets users order snacks at the charger for pickup. This highlights WILLBERT’s commitment to enhancing user convenience.

The WILLBERT booth attracted significant interest, with visitors eager to engage with the latest product offerings. Live demonstrations and hands-on presentations kept the crowd actively involved, resulting in a very positive reception of the company's innovations throughout the event.
