We’re unveiling a completely new User Interface for WILLBERT chargers. Designed from scratch, now bringing even more value, clarity, and functionality to the charging experience. Inspired by the top notch market benchmarks for mobile user experience, now brought to our chargers displays. It’s cleaner, more intuitive and finally puts all the information EV drivers really care about right in front of them. This is not an update. This is a new experience.

With the new user Interface, charging screen becomes a powerful communication and monetization channel, suited to promote and monetize brands and offerings. Drivers can engage with the wide offering available at the site and purchase products and services directly from the charger, using embedded payment terminals. One screen that unlocks multiple revenue streams: energy and supplementary retail offering (non-energy).

Customer journey is a user-friendly step-by-step guidance which makes starting a charging session easier than ever. For many EV drivers, initiating the session can often be confusing or frustrating, especially when they are forced to use different networks or charger types. That is why we focused on designing a process that is intuitive from the very first tap. Every stage is visually guided, clearly explained, and supported by real-time feedback so drivers always know what to do next. The result is a transparent, stress-free experience that allows users to begin charging with confidence.
The charging session view has been fully redesigned to give drivers deeper insight than ever before: EV request, live power, peak and average performance, energy delivered and costs, all presented in a clear and elegant way. Add to that a simple, frictionless payment and invoicing flow, and you get a UI that is the most effortless to use.
