Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Plant Manager at EUROLOOP, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with other departments to drive our manufacturing processes to new levels of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Optimize production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to optimize production processes.
  • Manage budget and resources to achieve cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to achieve organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and manage inventory.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
  • Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of manufacturing equipment.
  • Prepare and manage the annual manufacturing budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Professional experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in electromechanical assembly
  • Proven track record of successful plant management and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills..
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of the EV market
