Responsibilities

  • Design and implement  new electro-mechanical custom tooling and machinery solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Evaluate the correctness and effectiveness of technological solutions, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor daily the status of production and gather conditions to maximize production performance in the assigned area.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documentation, technologies, and work instructions to keep manufacturing processes up-to-date and efficient.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) while assessing the technical cost of production.
  • Implement changes in existing drawing documentation to facilitate continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with production personnel and other departments to gather information and draft reports, and improve equipment, processes, and products.
  • Lead the implementation of new projects and processes, promoting innovation and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
  • Recognize patent ability of concepts/designs and potential infringement of new product designs to existing patents (e.g. intellectual property issues)

Professional experience required

  • A higher education degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology or any applicable Engineering discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechatronic systems, including the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control elements to drive manufacturing process improvements.
  • Knowledge of machine control (feedback systems, signal processing, control algorithms)
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE software
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers and their programming using languages C/C++
  • Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and designing test rigs.
  • Proficiency in the English language to facilitate clear communication within a global team.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for innovative solutions.


Nice to have

  • SEP qualifications up to 1kV.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, 5WHY, 8D, SPC, etc.
  • Familiarity with software programming and control systems
  • Knowledge related to the design of devices for the electrotechnical industry.
  • Familiarity with electrical assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of Slack, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.

  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Very good knowledge of technical English enabling work in an international team;
  • Ease of making contacts;
  • Strong motivation, determination, ability to organize working time;
