Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supporting planning, purchase and post-purchase processes in Supply Chain
• Ensuring long-term cooperation with foreign and domestic producers and distributors of components - building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Forecasting the demand and planning purchases
• Monitoring delivery schedule, ensuring timelines
• Managing the inventory in the company
• Supporting activities aimed at optimization and cost reduction
• Providing support in the warehouse and warehouse space management
• Searching for alternative suppliers and components
• Verifying invoices in terms of their compliance with delivered orders
• Handling complaint processes
• Supporting PMs in other tasks in line with the current needs of the Compan

Professional experience required

• Education optimally related to the area of logistics and purchases
• 1 year + experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry

Nice to have

• Driving license B
• Ability to enforce of compliance with requirements and arrangements
