Supply Chain Manager

Kraków / Zabierzów, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Organising, managing and maintaining supply chain of various components (mainly electrical and mechanical including custom parts produced by external providers)
  • Managing and monitoring stock and availability of components Building, managing and monitoring inventory and warehouse including working with documentation
  • Cooperating with suppliers, manufacturing plants and business partners with diverse international and professional background Ensuring supply order planning and purchase order execution is run efficiently
  • Cooperating with other teams - mechanical, electrical and administration
  • Supplier management and relations building
  • Negotiating the terms with external suppliers
  • Declaring goods at forwarders
  • Organizing freight transport
  • Providing delivery dates

Professional experience required:

  • Experience in production&purchasing planning process
  • Experience in managing warehouse/stock

Nice to have:

  • Programming skills
  • Software management

Other requirements:

  • Technological background - ability to work with technology
  • Very good knowledge of technical English enabling work in an international team
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Availability and readiness to travel, including abroad
  • Strong motivation, determination, ability to organize working time
  • Driving license. B
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage (French, German)
  • Very good knowledge in Google Docs / MS Office
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential problems;
  • Very good communication skills;
