  • Support for the HR Department in daily work
  • Assistance in preparing reports, analyses, and summaries for internal company needs
  • Responding to employees' questions on an ongoing basis
  • Updating databases
  • Support in the employee hiring process
  • Preparation of basic HR documents
  • Managing personnel documentation

Professional experience required

  • 1 year of experience in the field of personnel administration, a willingness to develop in the HR administration area
  • Practical knowledge of labor law regulations
  • Motivation to work in HR
  • Focus on acquiring knowledge and personal development
  • Accuracy and the ability to organize one's work in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to assigned duties
  • Openness to new challenges
